 My Review:

"She was more free than Griffan had ever been just walking around"

This is the sequel to Girl Stolen and I am so glad Henry decided to continue on with this story, and show Cheyenne's life after having been kidnapped and held hostage.

Cheyenne and Griffin haven't talked since she was kidnapped, but that all might change soon with them both having to testify against Roy. Both of their lives have changed drastically since the days the spent together. Yet some things still remain the same.

Cheyenne now has a bodyguard with her when she leaves the house and is under lock and key for the most part. It might start to be time she got some freedom as things start changing in her family.

Griffin has been living with his mom's side of the family, but he's still struggling in school and is struggling with multiple different things.

As for Roy, well he's just as crafty as ever and he's dragged his cousin Dwayne into the mix now as well, as they try and find a way for him to get out of jail and the charges against him dropped.

"But now he realized how much he wanted to live. He wanted to live so much. Too bad he was figuring that out when he was just about to die." 

Overall I really loved this second part to the story. I loved getting to know more about being legally blind and the things offered to help (as with driving) her be able to do things that people with full sight can do without even having to think of them or consider to be a privilege.
I also found it fascinating how Roy was able to talk with his cousin without anyone knowing or for there to be any way to trace it, this is something we've only ever seen happen in real life at this point. So to see it in a book was very surreal after it just having been talked about so much in the news this past spring/summer.

I'm still a little uncomfortable with the romance between two characters, because of how they got to know eachother etc, and I'm not sure they are exactly good for each other. If you've read this book, please tell me what you think of the relationship.
