Goodreads Summary:

Tournaments, Cocoa & One Wrong Move, the third book of author Nancy Rue?s Real Life series for teen girls, follows Cassidy Brewster, a driven athlete who will do anything to stay on top. After an injury, and a subsequent mistake that could ruin her athletic career, she finds support in the most unlikely places?including a room filled with juvenile delinquents and the pages of an old book labeled ?RL.?

 My Review:
"You're scoring average is not who you are- your spront doesn't complete you- it's not your identity."

Cassidy is a high school basketball player who can't wait to play for the WNBA. But one night at a game she lands wrong and has a possible career-ending injury.

This is a big problem because he dad who is the main one in control of her future career and who keeps her on track wants her to be able to heal as fast as possible, but the might not be possible.

Between other family drama, friendship struggles, and a loss at what to do with all of her free time now Cassidy has a lot of changes happening. With the help of the RL book, she might just change her mind on a few things and start new friendships in her time away from sports.

Tournaments, Cocoa, and One Wrong Move is my favorite in this series so far. Not only do we get to see what happens when you don't get all the info on something. But we also see a physical therapist show a young athlete that some of the things she is doing to her body aren't good, and could cause even more problems down the road during her career. I also really liked seeing her make new friends and not just let her dad keep controlling her life. She changes so much in a short amount of time and even helps certain people in her family realize some things too.
I can't wait to read the final book in the series now and see what the last story will be.
